RESERVATION
For any book any have to follow that rules of
Welcome Tours.
Deposit
A 25 % deposit is required 15 days in advance to
confirm the booking and for making adequate arrangements for the
tour favoring Welcome Tours.
Full Payment
Full tour price must be receive well in advance at
least ten days before.
Cancellation
A full refund 10 % services charge of the tour
price will made on cancellation made over one week before
departure date. Should you leave tour while en-route no refund
will be made. Also no refund will be made for any excursion, sight
seeing or meals that the participant misses or decides not to
take.

* 1 Day before departure of tour -
80 % Deduction
* 3 Days before departure of tour -
50 % Deduction
* 7 Days before departure of tour -
30 % Deduction
Payment can be done by the core banking / cash /
demand draft in the favor of Welcome Tours, Almora. |
